Orangetheory Fitness heart-rate monitored group sessions are comprised of cardiovascular and strength training exercises including treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, weight training blocks, and floor exercises.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
