I love Orangetheory fitness because is makes you push your limits and work hard every time!

Fun Facts: Lauren has enjoyed participating in track & field events such as the 800 meter run, high jump, and shot put. She first experienced Orangetheory Fitness as a member at the first studio that was ever opened. She loved it so much she decided to join the OTF team!
Favorite exercise: Dumbbell single arm snatch
Food of choice: Steak with sauteed kale
Why I love OTF: I love how the coaches at OTF encourage you to reach your goals- and then go above and beyond them!

Favorite Exercise: probably the sumo goblet squat. I love grabbing the 60lb dumbbell. :-)

Why I Love OTF: As a participant I love how empowered I feel when I leave a workout. I'm always pushed to my limit, but always feel successful. As a coach I love having all of the fun fitness equipment to keep the workouts fresh and exciting. More than anything, i love the family atmosphere with the members, and watching everyone achieve small and big victories. Being a part of the member's day, and helping them become the best version of themselves is truly an honor.

Fun Facts: Joe got into fitness around the age of 12. He competed in baseball and track through high school and continued track in college. He also competed in CrossFit for two years and has played Ultimate Frisbee at a top level since college.
Favorite Exercise: burpees, snatches and rowing...the full body stuff

Why I Love OTF: It is a great outlet to spread my passion for fitness and help others become a better them. The atmosphere is addicting and our members are THE BEST!
